01About BusyTree
BusyTree is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers in Ghana and Nigeria, with Local Brands and China Sourcing sections.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BusyTree.
03User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
04Buyer and seller obligations
- Buyers agree to pay for items purchased.
- Sellers agree to provide accurate descriptions and deliver goods or services as promised.
05Payments and escrow
Payments may be held in escrow for protection. A service fee of 3% is deducted from the seller upon successful completion of a transaction. BusyTree is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller.
06Dispute resolution
Disputes must first be reported in-app. BusyTree will attempt to mediate. BusyTree's decision on escrow release is final, but parties may seek legal remedies.
07Prohibited conduct
You may not post illegal items, engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or violate intellectual property rights.
08Intellectual property
All content on BusyTree belongs to BusyTree or its users (with a licence granted to us). By listing on BusyTree, you allow us to display your products and services on the platform.
09Limitation of liability
BusyTree is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or transactions between users.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BusyTree harmless from any claims arising from your use of the app or your transactions.
11Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
12Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
