02Prohibited conduct
The following are not allowed anywhere on BusyTree:
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive listings.
- Selling illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- Sharing false or misleading information.
- Taking payments or buyers off-platform to avoid escrow protection.
- Spam, fake reviews, or manipulating ratings.
03For sellers & service providers
- Use real, accurate photos and descriptions.
- Price clearly — no hidden charges.
- Deliver on time and communicate any delays early.
- Handle complaints professionally and in good faith.
04For buyers
- Pay through the app to stay protected by escrow.
- Leave honest, fair reviews based on your real experience.
- Communicate respectfully with sellers and providers.
- Only confirm "Goods received" once you're genuinely satisfied.
05China Sourcing
- Understand that international orders take longer to arrive.
- Read product details carefully before ordering.
- Raise any issue with support promptly so we can work with the supplier.
06Consequences
Breaking these guidelines may lead to warnings, listing removal, withheld payments, or suspension and permanent removal from BusyTree, depending on the severity.
07Reporting
