- Respond to buyer messages in a timely manner.
- Do not pressure buyers to pay outside BusyTree.
04Buyer rules
- Pay for items or services you order.
- Inspect goods upon receipt and report issues promptly.
- Do not abuse the dispute or refund system.
05China Sourcing rules
- China Sourcing is operated by BusyTree.
- Product details, MOQ, and shipping times will be clearly stated.
- Buyers should communicate only through the in-app chat for order-related matters.
06Consequences of violations
Violations may result in:
- A warning.
- Temporary suspension of your account.
- A permanent ban from BusyTree.
Serious or repeated violations will lead to immediate account termination.
07Reporting
If you see any violation of these guidelines, please use the in-app Report button or contact support. We review all reports seriously and take appropriate action.
