BusyTreeBy registering as a Seller or Service Provider on BusyTree, you agree to the following terms.

01Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate descriptions, prices, and photos of your products or services.
- Deliver products or complete services on time and as promised.
- Maintain good quality and professional standards.
- Respond to buyer messages promptly through in-app chat.
- Comply with all applicable laws in Nigeria and Ghana.
02Payments & fees
- Payments for Local Brands and Service Providers are processed through BusyTree’s secure escrow system powered by Flutterwave.
- Funds are released to your wallet after the buyer confirms delivery, or after the protection window ends if no dispute is raised.
- You can withdraw available funds from your wallet on the next business day after the funds are released. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
- BusyTree currently charges 0% commission. Optional paid features such as BoostMe and Featured Listings may apply.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
03Prohibited activities
You may not sell or offer:
- Illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
- Misleading or false listings.
- Scam or fraudulent activities.
04Dispute resolution
- Disputes should first be resolved through in-app chat.
- If unresolved, BusyTree will review the evidence and mediate fairly.
- BusyTree's decision on escrow release is final.
05Account termination
BusyTree may suspend or terminate your seller or service provider account if you violate this agreement or our policies.
06Intellectual property
You promise that your listings do not infringe on anyone else's rights. By listing on BusyTree, you allow us to display your products and services on the platform.
07Acceptance of agreement
By continuing to use BusyTree as a Seller or Service Provider, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Seller & Service Provider Agreement.
